One of our top clients came to us back in 2021 asking for help in identifying potential views and encroachments at their investment properties located all over the Seattle metropolitan area. Their goal was to capture any potential views and help determine ideal window placement to best suit each site and incorporate them into their residential architecture plans for buildout. This required an aerial perspective with an onsite deployment at each individual property.
